Never leave your side part 1
It was the start of spring and you were in your garden enjoying the peace and quiet. You sipped your tea. You let out a relaxing sigh. You were wearing a [f/c] kimono with a [2nd f/c] obi. Your were about to take another sip of your tea but then your phone range. You then set down your tea cup and stood up to go answer the phone. You then picked up the phone.
"Moshimoshi? This is [Y/n] [L/n]."
"[Y/n]?" It was your best friend Kiku
"Oh hi Kiku."
"Listen [Y/n] can you meet me in the park by the Sakura tree?"
"Yeah. Sure." You then hung up the phone. "I wonder what is wrong with Japan he sounded depressed." You the grabbed your Japanese still umbrella and you went to go meat Kiku at the park.
~time skip~
You just entered the park and you could already see the tall Sakura. You walked over to it and a wide smile grew on your face.
"The sakura blossoms are already blooming." You said out loud.
You then reached up to grab one of the blossoms.
"[Y/n]."
You turned your head to the side to see Kiku.
"Kiku." You said in a happy cherry voice. You then set your umbrella down and ran over and hugged him.
He stiffen ever so slightly from your hug. You then looked at him with a big smile and placed a sakura blossom behind his ear. You let out a small giggle. You then walked back over to the tree and picked up your umbrella again. You then tilt your head to the side noticing that he is in his army uniform.
"Kiku what are you doing in your soldiers uniform?"
He then looked to the ground.
"[Y/n] there is something I need to tell you."
"What is it?"
He then looked up at you. He then hands you a piece of paper. You took it and looked it over. Your eyes widen and you let go of the paper and your umbrella.
"You're…you're joining the army?
"Hai."
The wind then blows moving your [h/l] [h/c] hair. Tears then formed in your eyes. A tear roles down your cheek. Kiku walks toward you and pulls you into a hug. You hugged him back while crying into his shoulder. You soon stop crying and you set your head on his shoulder.
"When do you leave?" you asked in a shaky voice.
"In two days." he said in a soft tone.
"When will you be back?"
"I don't know."
You gripped onto his uniform.
"I don't want you to go. I won't let you."
Kiku pulls away from the hug.
"I don't have a choice [Y/n]."
He then turns around to leave.
"Wait." you shouted. Kiku turned around to see you running towards him. You then take his hand put something in it. He opened his hand to see your locket with a sakura blossom engraved in the middle. Kuki looked up at you to see more tears in your eyes.
"Don't you dare forget about me." you said through tears. Kiku gripped onto the necklace and nodded his head. He then turned around again and went home to finish packing. You then quickly turned around grabbing your umbrella and ran home.
Once you got home you slowly slump to the floor. You staid like that for a little while then got up and head for your phone.
*ring, ring, ring.*
"Ni hao."
"Yao ."
"Oh Ni hao [Y/n]. What can I do for you?" You looked down so your bangs covered your eyes.
"Do you think you can do me a favor?"

In a dream I can see...

You were sitting on a park bench beside your boyfriend, Kiku Honda. Both enjoying the peace that today had to offer. The beautiful blue sky beside the bright blazing sun, the fresh green grass and trees rustling together from the lightly heavy winds joined by the birds singing a happy tune. Nothing could be ever better.....Well maybe if you can just see all of it that is.
You were blind.
Ever since you were born you were blind, and that was that. you couldn't do anything about it. Sure, of course you were upset you were unable to see what everyone could see everyday, but one thing made you happy. It was your lo

Christmas.
Full of gift giving, family reunions and laughter. Or at least, meant to be.
Normally, you were used to spending Christmas by yourself. You had been living in Japan for three years, alone in your apartment, family and friends too far away for any attempted get-together. Normally, sitting watching TV and perhaps going out to a solo dinner was enough. Normally, you were content.
Normally.
This year, however, you had made an acquaintance. Kiku Honda was his name. You had many of the same interests, such as similar tastes in food and, well, anime. You could even say you were friends.
On the 22nd of December, you had been informed

Never Leave Me

With the gentle, evening, summer rays warming our skin, the blackcap, garden warbler and mistle thrush calling to each other, and the faint breeze giving the air a quaint freshness, it's no wonder that we were invited round to Arthur's to drink tea in his garden. Specifically, he'd invited his fellow tea drinkers: Yao, Kiku and myself, [Name]. The four of us sat in ornately carved, metal chairs round a matching table with a large parasol sprouting from the centre, its fine, silk-like texture and washed-out white colouring above our heads like the sails of pirate ships (oddly enough, one of Arthur's past professions).
